A-to-A is not about technology or capital alone — it is about people. We bring together Expats, Immigrants, International Professionals in collaboration with Local Partners, and Global Collaborators to share irreplaceable human experiences, skills, and cultures, and to turn them into sustainable economic impact.
Our mission is twofold — a bi-directional benefit structure (Community members ↔ Homeland):
For America: Create local jobs, stimulate the economy, and expand opportunities by leveraging the talent, creativity, and networks of our community members. This includes HQ and onsite job creation, OPT/CPT hiring, and local career-building initiatives.
For Your Homeland: Support the global expansion of industries, brands, and talent from your home country through visibility, market validation, and strategic access to the U.S. innovation ecosystem.
What makes A-to-A distinctive — and perhaps unfamiliar to some — is our belief that local job creation and regional economic revitalization can be driven by cross-border connections.
In today’s America, where economic and workforce challenges are pressing, this is not just an idea; it is a creative and innovative approach that can offer real solutions. And now is the time for Expats, Immigrants, and International Professionals in America to step forward and lead this change through the global connections.
We connect private sector innovators, government and nonprofit networks, and creative industries to:

Drive cross-cultural exchange, tourism and global events in America.

A-to-A is an action-driven community where local operation, mentoring, internships, and A.I and global talent education programs are more than words — they are the foundation for long-term capability building and mutual growth.
Especially, From 2025 to 2026, A-to-A will host a year-long “Host Country” program, beginning with South Korea. Through curated events, projects, programs, and trade missions in New York, we will introduce the host country’s business and culture in the partnership with A-to-A community members, while strengthening its global market presence via trusted New York partnerships.
