Introducing the Get Connected Series
The Get Connected series from bcdW Magazine is all about people—their stories, their journeys, and the connections they build. It highlights individuals from diverse backgrounds and cities, whether they are the visionaries behind innovative plans or those who support and enable these initiatives.
Through this series, bcdW Magazine aims to discover, showcase, and connect remarkable people from around the world, exploring the unique stories, ambitions, and ideas that shape cities, communities, and industries.
“Get Connected series show the people behind the concepts, the networks that bring them to life, and the shared journeys that make global connections possible.”
Designed as an ongoing editorial project, Get Connected will continue to feature inspiring individuals from cities worldwide, revealing not just what they do, but who they are and how they connect with the world around them.
bcdW Magazine: Connecting People, Ideas, and Action
bcdW Magazine, centered on its New York Chapter, has launched A-TO-A Connect, featuring a trinity of Stage, Project Table, and Community. At its core, this initiative is about people and the relationships they create.
Unlike TED or SXSW, where the spotlight ends with the presentation, bcdW actively supports execution beyond the stage, turning ideas into tangible projects. Through these connections, new jobs in the U.S. are created, and local organizations discover innovative ways to solve challenges through global collaboration.
“Get Connected is about the people behind the ideas, not just the ideas themselves.”
bcdW Korea: A People-Centered Launchpad
bcdW Korea was established to harness the unique opportunities arising from connecting Korea and the U.S. It acts as a forward base for projects that only make sense through bilateral collaboration, emphasizing human connections as the driver of business and creativity.
By leveraging Korea’s distinctive market and cultural strengths, bcdW Korea serves as a launchpad and agency—helping individuals and teams turn connections into actionable business initiatives while maintaining the human story at the center.
“Korea is where global connections meet real people and real action.”
